A 10×30 will typically hold the furnishings of a two-three bedroom home, or other items such as a small RV or boat.
A 13×30 will typically hold the furnishings of a three bedroom home, or a camper, or boat. The door size is a bit larger (9×10) that will accommodate a wider camper or boat.
A 14×40 has a larger door (12×14) that can accommodate a large motor home or entire contents of a large home.
